1) What is the best Mode to apply Canadian Student Visa: Online or Offline?

After I got my  Admission, This was the first confusion in my mind. I approached some seniors and students who applied for their visa.

Honestly, There is no major difference in terms of visa approval and visa process timing for Online/Offline.

The offline mode is the best for some one who has to submit some extra documents such as
Same Name affidavit, Sponsorship affidavit. Offline mode gives you the freedom to provide more documents to strengthen your profile.

2) I already have visa rejection from other countries, what will impact on Canadian study visa?

Well, I have seen many profiles who had F1 visa rejection and still got the Canadian student visa, Some of them were rejected twice for the F1 visa.

So in conclusion, you can not get rejected from Canada visa center just because you were rejected for other countries visa.

3) Shall I put SOP/LOE while applying for Canadian student visa?

Most of the agents you come across will suggest you not to write SOP/LOE.
However, if you fall into one of below category, SOP/LOE is highly recommended

1) Education/employment gap more than 6 months.
2) Rejected for visa previously.
3) Elaborate your financial part.

SOP/LOE will give you the freedom to elaborate more and add personal messages which you can not express via conventional proofs of documents.

4) Medical Exam: Before or After Visa application?

As of now, Canada immigration department gives you both option, However, 99% of us went with option 1 that is Medical examination before applying for the study permit.

If you apply for a visa first then VO will ask you to go through the medical examination, you need to respond with in 30 days. If you do not get medical appointment Or some reason if you are not able to go through medicals, your file will be rejected.

it's better to go through medical  first, wait for at least a week and then apply for a visa

No, you don't need to show any Finacial Documents while applying CAQ.
It takes average 35-37 days to get.
Also, you can take print out of a soft copy of CAQ and apply for Visa, You don't have to wait till hard copy arrives.

6) When should I apply for Education Loan?

You should start loan procedure as soon as you receive the admit.
Loan procedure is lengthy (Especially in India).
Many students ignore the importance delay this procedure. Many students differed their admission to next term just because they did not have any loan sanction letter.

For students going to Quebec,
you should apply CAQ on next day of Admit, As mentioned in Question 5, it takes 35-40 days to arrive, between that period you can complete  loan procedure and ready for Visa Application.
